Tender Mercies’ individualized service plans are tailored to meet each client’s needs and budget. Chris and Lauren will visit with you or your loved one and provide a free, no obligation needs assessment. You’ll get a detailed plan that will outline all costs involved. At Tender Mercies we believe you should never face unexpected expenses.

 

As you consider your budget, please keep in mind that Tender Mercies is competitive with other area non-medical home care companies and that our quality is unrivaled. Please note we do not charge extra for nights or weekends.  Simply put, we charge an hourly rate for all services rendered. Period.

 

On occasion, long-term care insurance may help pay for home care services. Worker’s Compensation and some automobile insurance policies may reimburse for some of our services as well. We can help you determine if you are entitled to assistance from your insurance company.

 

When you choose Tender Mercies for your home care needs, there are no deposits, no obligations, and you can cancel or suspend service at any time without penalty. We will personally review all the services, schedules, and payment options with you so you know exactly what to expect and when.
