Can I choose who comes into my home?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage your feedback where your caregiver is concerned. We want to make sure we’ve matched the best possible candidates for your needs.  Your satisfaction and comfort is our priority. Our goal is for your caregiver to exceed your expectations. If you desire a change in caregivers, we will accommodate your request.

Will I have the same caregiver all the time?

We believe that the client/caregiver relationship is very important. Keep in mind that our caregivers will have days off, vacations and other situations that require time off. As such, we will work early on to identify a team of qualified caregivers matched to your needs so that we maintain continuity in care as much as possible.  Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and we'll do what it takes to achieve this goal.
